Momo and his happy family joined the Mass to celebrate the Risen of Christ
The faithfuls were lighting candles for their Easter Vigil Mass at St Faith Anglican Church
the Words that lead us to eternal life and the Candle that shine our path
“…After three days I will rise again…” (Matt. 27: 63-64)
11th of April, 2009 was the Easter Feast for all the people that celebrated it.
Easter is the greatest feast of the year for the believers of Gospel, from every kindred, tongue, tribe, nation and background.
It is a day of joyful celebration as well as a day of reunion among the family members.
At Easter, we celebrate the great central mystery of our faith, namely our redemption from sin and restoration to the friendship of God. We are redeemed by the death and resurrection of Jesus, not by his death alone.
By dying for us and rising again, Jesus Christ made it possible for all men to pass over with Him from death of sin to the new life of friendship with God.
Thus, through His resurrection we had been granted an eternal life and redemption of sin.
As what the Christians declared during the Worship time,
“Christ is died, Christ is risen, Christ will come again!”
Indeed, He is Risen~
MAY THE PEACE OF EASTER DWELL IN OUR HEART AND SOUL.
